The venture

Explore is the first product built on The Fabric, Condelo’s AI platform, and the one that proves what the platform can do. It turns a collection of documents into answers you can trust and briefings you can share, with every claim cited back to its source.

The bet is a simple one. High-stakes knowledge work (due diligence, policy, litigation support, research and intelligence) is drowning in documents and badly served by tools that either summarise without proof or search without understanding. Explore is built for the case where a confident-but-wrong answer is worse than no answer at all.

My role

I’m the product architect: shaping how the Fabric’s ingestion, retrieval, agent and provenance layers become one coherent product, from the first upload through the conversation to the shareable artefact at the end.
